摘要
针对常规数学方法求解配电网优化规划问题时速度慢的缺点,引入具有快速搜索能力的Tabu搜索算法。同时引入地理信息系统(GIS)平台使规划结果更加直观。优化模型考虑线路投资的时间价值,以计及投资和损耗费用的年费用最小为目标函数,采用点溶合法求解备选网络的生成树作为Tabu搜索的初始解。算例结果表明,该方法具有一定的可行性和有效性。
The tabu search algorithm is introduced into the distribution network planning to overcome the low speed of the conventional mathematic method solving the problem of distribution network optimization planning.At the same time the GIS platform is also introduced to make the planning result more visual. The optimization module consideres the time value of capital investment,and the minimum annual cost is its object which takes investment and loss into account, and the generation tree of the alternative network is used as Tabu search initial solution.The results of the example demonstrate its feasibility and validity.
