摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制因子-1(PAI-1)水平及其血液流变特性与糖尿病微血管病变的相关性。方法:对50例单纯糖尿病患者,58例合并微血管病变的糖尿病患者和40例健康成人进行血清TNF-α、PAI-1以及血液流变学指标检测。结果:单纯糖尿病组TNF-α、PAI-1比正常对照组增高,有微血管病变的糖尿病组TNF-α、PAI-1比单纯糖尿病组显著增高(P<0.01),单纯糖尿病组全血粘度、血小板粘附率比正常对照组增高,而有合并症的糖尿病组全血粘度、血浆粘度及血小板粘附率比单纯糖尿病组显著增高(P<0.01)。结论:TNF-α、PAI-1的增高以及血液流变性改变在糖尿病合并微血管病变的发生与发展机制中起重要的作用。
Objective: To explore the roles of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) ,plasminogen activator inhibitor type 1(PAI-1) and hemorheological factors in diabetic microangiopathy. Method: The serum TNF-α,PAI-1 levels and hemorheological indexes in 50 cases of diabetic patients, 58 cases of diabetic microangiopathy patients and 40 cases of healthy individuals were detected. Results: (1) The serum levels of TNF-α and PAI-1 in diabetic patients group were higher than that of control group(P<0.01). (2) The serum levels of TNF-α and PAI-1 in diabetic microangiopathy patients group were higher than that of diabetes patients group(P<0.01) . (3) The hemorheological indexes in diabetic microangiopathy patients group were higher than that of control group. Conclusion: The overexpression of TNF-α,PAI-1 and hemorheological change may play a significant role in the occurance and progress of diabetic microangiopathy.
