普罗布考对老年下肢动脉硬化症患者血管内皮活性因子及炎性因子的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Probucol on Vessel Endothelial Active Factors and Inflammatory Factors of the Low-Extremity Atherosclerosis Disease in the Elderly

摘要 目的:观察普罗布考对老年下肢动脉硬化症(LEASD)患者血管内皮活性因子及炎性因子的影响。方法:54例LEASD患者随机分为两组,治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上口服普罗布考片;对照组继续常规药物治疗。于治疗前后测定一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)、超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α),并评估临床疗效。结果:普罗布考组治疗后NO显著增加,Hs-CRP及IL-1β显著下降。对照组治疗后各指标均无显著变化;两组在NO、Hs-CRP、IL-1β及TNF-α上的差异有显著统计学意义。治疗后两组在有效率上无显著差异。结论:普罗布考可增加血清NO水平,并在一定程度上抑制动脉粥样硬化的慢性炎症过程。 Objective: To study the Effect of probucol on vessel endothelial active factors and inflammatory factors of the low-extremity atherosclerosis disease (LEASD) in the aged people. Method: 54 patients were divided into two groups (treatment group: 33 patients; control group: 21 patients). Patients in treatment group took probucol besides the routine anti-arteriosclerosis drugs,while patients in control group only took the routine anti-arteriosclerosis drugs. Before and after the treatment,The NO, ET, Hs-CRP, IL-1β and TNF-α were measured,the clinical therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results: After treatment, for patients in treatment group, Three factors changed significantly after probucol treatment,NO increased,while Hs-CRP and IL-1β decreased.No significant differences were found in the control group.Statistically significant differences of NO,Hs-CPR,IL-1β and TNF-α were shown between two groups.Conclusion: Probucol can effectively increase the serum NO level,improve the endothelial function and inhibit the inflammation process of LEASD in certain degree.
