摘要
为满足雷达对大功率源的要求,我们采用集总参数功率合成法,成功研制出六合一功率合成器。通过微波仿真软件对其进行优化,得到六合一功率合成器元件参数的最佳值。经过测试,该功率合成器在110140MHz波段,峰值功率可达到6kW。实践证明,集总参数功率合成法设计大功率器是可行的。
In order to meet the radar need of high power sources, one power combiner composed of six power sources is successfully developed, on the base of adopting the method of lumped parameters. This new power combiner has been optimized by microwave simulating software so that we can get the optimized values. Being tested, the output peak power of power combiner can reach 6 kW in band between 110 MHz to 140 MHz. All of which makes the design of high power combiner feasible in practice.
