摘要
科氏质量流量计是一种高精度的适应范围很广的流量计,通过检测管子上两路振动信号的相位差,就可计算出流经管道的质量流量。提出了一种新型结构的单直管式科氏质量流量计的研究。这种单直管在距中心对称位置的管壁较薄,管子由科氏效应产生的二阶振动更加显著,从而提高了系统检测灵敏度。理论和初步实验证明了这一结果。目前,正在就这种结构的可靠性、具体制造工艺进行进一步研究。
The Coriolis mass flowmeter has high precision, and its applicable range is very extensive. A new kind of Coriolos mass flowmeter tube is presented,which has a thinner wall in the symmetrical part along the center of the tube. A stronger second order Coriolis vibration can be detected using the new tube, so the system detecting sensitivity is greatly improved. The theory analysis and laboratory experiments have confirmed that. The reliability of this new structure and related making technology are researching.
