2型糖尿病下肢血管病变相关危险因素分析

Analysis of Risk Factors for Pathological Changes of Peripheral Blood Vessels in the Lower Extremities in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨2型糖尿病D(M)下肢血管病变相关危险因素。方法297例2型DM住院患者通过超声测定下肢动脉,分为下肢动脉硬化组(AS组,161例)、非动脉硬化组(136例),对两组的多项指标进行比较及相关分析。结果2型DM下肢血管病变有关的危险因素包括年龄、糖尿病病程、收缩压、颈动脉粥样硬化、胆固醇、甘油三酯、尿素氮、肌酐、尿白蛋白排泄率、尿酸、纤维蛋白原和BMI,其中最主要的危险因素是年龄、糖尿病病程。结论2型DM下肢血管病变与代谢综合征的多种危险因素相关。

Objective To investigate the risk factors related to peripheral arterial diseases （PAD） of the lower extremities in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 297 cases of type 2 diabetic （T2DM） patients were divided into two groups： The AS group including 161 cases with atherosclerosis and the NAS group including 136 cases without AS. The clinical data of two groups was analyzes and compared. Results Risk factors related to PAD of the lower extremities in T2DM patients included their age, the duration of diabetes mellitus, systolic blood pressure （SBP）, carotid atherosclerosis, total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, creatinine （Cr）, urinary albumin excretion （UAE）, uric acid （UA）, fibrinogen and body mass index （BMI）. Age, the duration of diabetes mellitus were the most important factors of all. Conclusion PAD of the lower extremity in T2DM patients was related to various risk factors for metabolic syndrome.
