柔性管理是相对于刚性管理而言的一种管理方式,是人本管理在实践中的具体表现。在图书馆管理中运用柔性管理可有效应对信息技术的冲击,激发职工的创新精神,具体实施过程中,可采取多种有效的方法。
Flexible management is another kind of method as to rigidity management. It is Specific performance in practice of employee management. The flexibility manage can impact to the information technology effectively and stimulate the worker' s innovation spirit in library. We can take many kinds of effective methods in the process of its specific application.
