A New Discussion about Bidding for Purchases of Books in Academic Libraries

本文对招标的含义、目前高校图书馆图书采购招标的产生背景、意义、现状等进行了论述,并根据政府采购和招标的有关法律法规,针对目前高校图书馆实行图书采购招标所存在的问题,提出应对招标可采取的对策和措施。

This article discusses the meaning of the bidding and some relevant problems about bidding for purchases of books in academic libraries at present. It raises some countermeasures and points in the light of the existing problems in bidding for purchases of books in university libraries at present in accordance with the present relevant legal provisions of government purchasing and bidding.
