摘要
农业经济效益来自产、贮、销三个方面,贮藏的好坏决定了果品的品质,直接影响到销售市场和价格。根据前人的研究成果,综述了从果品采摘到贮藏期间各种因素,诸如激素、气调、低温、钙处理、热处理以及O3保鲜等对果品采后贮藏的影响。
The economic benefits come from produce, preservation and sales. The quality of fruits depends on the quality of conservation condition which directly effects the sales market and prices. Based on the accomplishment of the researches before, we have overviewed a variety of factors that influence the preservation of fruits after being picking up and then preservation. These factors are hormone, air regulating, low temperature, calcium processing, thermo -processing and O3 fresh - keeping, etc.
