摘要
传统的数量遗传学理论在过去的动物育种实践中起到了非常重要的作用。生物技术的应用,特别是超数排卵和胚胎移植(MOET)技术的应用,大大提高了畜群的整体遗传水平和育种效益。分子遗传学的发展,使得通过标记辅助选择(MAS)直接对基因型进行选择成为可能,动物分子育种将成为21世纪动物育种的主要方法之一。
Traditional theories of quantitative genetics is very important for the applyment to animal breeding. Biological technology, in particular, the MOET can accelerate genetic development of the whole herds and improve the utilization of breeding. It is possible that genotype selection is used to breed directly with the development of animal molecular genetics and animal molecular breeding will be an effective method in 21 th.
