摘要
以苯酐和正丁醇为原料,稀土固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2/Ce(Ⅳ)为催化剂,合成了邻苯二甲酸二丁酯。考察了影响反应的因素。结果表明:当醇∶苯酐(摩尔比)=2.4∶1,催化剂用量占总反应物的4%,反应温度为190℃,反应时间5h时,酯收率可达95%以上。
The synthesis of dibutyl phthalate from phthalic anhydride and n-butanol over rare earth solid superacid SO4^2-/TiO2/Ce(Ⅳ)catalyst was studied. The influential factors of reaction were investigated. The results showed that the appropriate conditions were as follow, molar ratio of n-butanol to phthalic anhydride was 2.4: 1, the amount of catalyst was 4% of the total reaction weight, reaction temperature was 190℃, reaction time was 5 h, the yield of dibutyl phthalate is above 95%.
