摘要
压控振荡器(VCO)是频率合成器的重要组成部分。介绍在射频集成电路中广泛应用的LC压控振荡器设计方法,并对VCO的主要性能指标相位噪声的产生机理进行了分析,在此基础上给出了降低相位噪声的措施。最后,对输出频率1.1GHz-1.3GHz的低相位噪声VCO进行设计和仿真。
Voltage - controlled oscillator (VCO) is one of the most important parts of frequency synthesizer. This paper introduces the method of designing LC voltage - controlled oscillator which is used in RFIC popularly, then presentes a study of phase noise mechanisms on the base of which several methods to educe phase noise are put out. Finally, 1.1GHz- 1.3GHz low phase noise VCO was designed and simulated.
