摘要
针对气缸表面字符特征不一致,采用计算机图像识别技术对曲轴轴瓦的不同型号进行检测,保证安装准确.系统利用CCD以及PCL730卡来完成气缸表面的图像的采集.以VC++为开发平台,运用虚拟设备程序设计技术对现场I/O、中断信号进行可靠的控制,设计出曲轴轴瓦机器视觉自动识别系统,当安装错误时可发出报警信号,满足了实际生产的需求.
Aiming at cylinder surface character feature, with the computer identification technical different model for crankshaft plain bearing liner, carry out detection, guarantee that installation is accurate. This testing system can stress the feature of object with LED lamp; Working scene adopts CCD camcorder to complete the collection of the image of cylinder surface. The systematic control of I/O has offered one IRQ consummately with PCL730 card can jump PC of line option suspend. This design is based on VC + + is development platform, with fictitious equipment programming technology for I/O on- the - spot, suspend signal carry out reliable control, when installation mistake, can send alarm signal. The crankshaft machine visual voluntarily identification system of plain bearing liner of this design has satisfied the demand of actual production fully.
