TIG焊机的焊接电路设计及系统的抗干扰防护

摘要 为了保证引弧顺利,必须使焊接引弧电压高达500V.高频引弧产生的高频信号干扰不仅使附近的电子设备不能正常工作,而且也使焊接电源本身的电子设备不能正常工作,严重影响了焊接操作.针对上述管焊接存在的干扰问题和国际焊接技术发展的趋势,与计算机技术相结合设计和研制了一种安全、可靠的新型TIG焊机的焊接电路以及相应的抗干扰防护措施. To ensure the success of starting arc,welding arc voltage has to be set up as high as 500 V and thus, high frequency signal disturbance resulting from arc starting not only makes peripheral electronic devices abnormal but also prevents its power supply from working ordinarily, which has a serious and awful effect on welding operation. Following the request of the development of international welding technology, puts forward a new circuit design for the safe and reliable TIG welding machine and the related anti-disturbance measurements are also given.
