摘要
目的全面地评估和科学选择各种住宅采暖设备和供暖方式,优化城市住宅采暖系统的能源结构,评价并指导住宅采暖设备及方式的选择.方法对住宅供暖设备和方式从经济效益、社会效益、人文效益和环境效益出发进行综合评价,在定性分析的基础上,运用AHP法对住宅供暖设备和方式,基于4种效益进行分析并建立综合评价模型.结果对住宅供暖设备和方式给出了不同效益的单排序、综合4种效益的最终排序及其运用的条件,并以10种常用供暖方式为例进行了实证分析.结论初步建立了基于4种效益的AHP法的评价模型,模型考虑了影响住宅供暖设备和方式的多种效益与因素,因此能够得到切合实际的综合评价结果.
Purpose Varied types of heating equipments for dwelling houses are comprehensively evaluated and correctly selected, and the energy structure of optimical heating system for city dwelling houses and the choice for the heating equipment are assessed. Method the heating equipment and manners for dwelling house are evaluated comprehensively from the economics, society, humanitiy and environment benefit. Based on qualitative analysis, the AHP method is employed to build comprehensive evaluation model according to the four benefit analysis. Result Single order, integrative order and thine application conditions are provided , and a practical analysis is provided based on 10 common heating manners. Conclusion The comprehensive evaluation model by using AHP based on the four benefits is built primarily. BecaUse many benefits and factors are considered in the model for equipments and manners for dwelling house, a practical comprehensive evaluation result can be obtained.
