摘要
分析了泵体零件的几何和工艺信息,采用三维实体造型的子零件建模法,较好解决了泵体零件在CAPP系统中的信息描述问题.基于这种方法可以推广到其它非旋转体零件的信息描述,并为泵体零件CAD/CAPP/CAM系统的集成研究打下良好的基础。
This paper analyses the geometry feature and process planning information of pump Body parts.and adopts the modelling method by combinnution of sub-parts bused on 3D solids. It is good solution to the prohlem of description thr pump body parts information in CAPP. This method can also use for the infbrmation description of no-revolvlng parts, and that provides the base for intergral research CAD CAPP/CAM system of pump body parts as well.
