摘要
基于椭圆曲线的公钥密码体制是密码学研究的一个新课题,这种密码体制具有速度快、安全性高的优点。该文构造了一类椭圆曲线加密算法,并设计了基于该算法的安全电子邮件系统。
ECC is a new field in cryptography, this c .rypt system has many advantages of fast speed and high security. This paper designs an elliptic curve crypt system That can be realized quickly in the computer, gives secure E- mail system based on ECC.
