摘要
针对中原油田易漏地层调整井水泥浆低返问题和薄油层井、小间隙井和侧钻井的射孔及后续增产措施造成的水泥环脆裂,进行了油井水泥增韧防漏剂研究,对其各种力学性能、水泥浆体系的防漏性能及工程性能进行了系统研究,并进行了聚能射孔模拟试验、地面混灰打浆试验、现场易漏井的固井试验。室内研究和现场试验表明:F27A油井水泥增韧防漏剂具有优异的增韧、抗冲击能力和防漏作用,其综合工程性能也满足易漏地层固井施工的技术要求。纤维韧性水泥浆体系在中原油田钻井三公司卫11-53井等8口井的油层固井中获得了成功应用,并取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,现已推广应用。
Conventional cement slurries in thief formation were difficult to solve some questions,such as,lower upward height of cement and the cement mantle brittle rupturing by perforation and subsequent stimulations,so the leak protection and toughness-reinforcement cement slurry was developed.Leak protection and different mechanical properties of this slurry,such as fracture resistance,shock resistance and engineering practices were studied,and did the simulated test of shaped charge perforation,blended ash consistency refining surface and well cementing.the.Laboratory researches and field tests indicate that F27A Leak Protection and Toughness-reinforcement Cement Slurry had effect of high plastic,impact resistance and lost circulation protection,and could meet the demand of field operations.the fiber toughness cement slurry system was applied in 8 wells in Zhongyuan Oilfield and got great success.The cost of cementing can be decreased effectively.
