摘要
阐述了SXJ4261型大型香蕉筛筛分机理、工艺参数、结构设计特性,应用动力学方程进行了设计计算,并采用高级结构疲劳分析软件及试验模态分析法验证了筛机的动态特性,指出SXJ4261型香蕉筛具有筛分效率高、可靠性强及运行稳定等特点。
The paper elaborates on the operating mechanism, technical parameters and structural design features of the SXJ4261 large - sized banana screen. The screen is designed based on result of computation with dynamic equation, and its dynamic characteristics are confirmed by using high - level structured fatigue analysis software and experimental modal analysis method. It is pointed out that the SXJ4261 banana screen has the special features of being high in screening efficiency, reliability and stability in operation.
