摘要
近年来炼焦煤调湿技术和浮选尾煤干燥技术获得了成功应用和发展。炼焦煤调湿技术是针对炼焦煤中掺有比例较大的浮选精煤而导致水分过高所采取的降水调湿手段;煤泥干燥成型技术是将成型与干燥工序合二为一,干后产品具有一定粒度形状,满足储、装、运对物料强度的要求,是煤泥合理有效地利用的有效途径。文章介绍了炼焦煤调湿技术和煤泥干燥成型技术的特点和工艺构成,以及工业应用实例。
In the past few years, the coking coal moisture conditioning technique and flotation tailings drying teehnique have all seen progress and found successful application. The former technique is used for reducing the excessive moisture of eoking coal in case a larger proportion of flotation concentrate is blended. Whereas, for coal slurry drying,a slurry briquetting - drying integrated process is applied. The dried product has a certain size and shape to enable it to attain the strength as required by product storage, loading and transport operations. This provides an effective approach for rational utilization of coal slurry. An introduction is made to the techniques as stated above, their respective features,process links and examples of filed application.
