摘要 随着我国ETC系统的普及,ETC系统的客户管理也成了急需解决的问题。文章首先提出了一种改进的遗传算法,然后采用稳定遗传神经网络的方法对采集到的收费数据进行模拟,找出异常点对应的ETC系统客户,对其进行重点分析和重点监控,以确定是否存在逃费行为。以此来减少通行费的流失,实现科学、合理、高效的管理。 On the increase of ETC system customers in China, the management of the customer in the expressway becomes a necessary problem. In this paper, we firstly put forward on a modified GA, and then analyze collecting charge data by the method of NN model of stable GA, find the ETC system customers corresponding abnormal data, mainly analyze and watch them, confirm whether it didn't hand in the fee, in order to decrease the losing of traffic fee and realize scientific, reasonable and efficacious management.
