摘要 利用近年新发展起来的太赫兹时域光谱技术(THz-TDS)研究了碳家族一些成员包括无定形碳、C60、石墨粉、单壁与多壁碳纳米管等的THz时域光谱特性,经过分析计算得到了样品的吸收系数及折射率的曲线。实验结果显示石墨、碳纳米管样品对THz波的吸收远大于无定形碳和C60,本文通过对石墨、碳纳米管和C60集体振动模式的分析,对实验结果进行了定性解释。 The terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) measurements on some members of carbon family, including amorphous carbon, C60, graphite powder and carbon nanotubes have been performed, and absorption coefficients and refractive indices of these samples have been calculated. It has been shown that the THz absorptions of graphite and carbon nanotubes are much higher than that of amorphous carbon and C60. The experimental result has been qualitatively explained by analysing their collective vibration modes.
