摘要 为实现2MW氢等离子体裂解煤制乙炔实验装置的安全稳态运行,提高乙炔收率,构建了一套功能完备的控制系统。系统中,采用分时间片方式完成了重要信号的长时间高速持续采集;利用积分分离控制算法改善控制效果,实现了稳态控制;将C/S与B/S模式结合,为本地及异地实验人员提供了快速、直观的数据支持。实验表明,系统具有良好的实时性、稳定性及可用性。 To keep the 2MW equipment for producing acetylene by coal H-plasma pyrolysis running stably and safely, and to improve acetylene yield, an multi-function control system has been designed and implemented. In this system, the time slice division method has been adopted to collect important signals at high speed and in continuous mode for a long time. For improving the stability and the response speed of the control system, Integral Separation Control Arithmetic has been used. Moreover, to meet local user and remote user requirements, the control system has provided fast and visual information by the combination of C/S mode and B/S mode. The control system has shown favorable stability, reliability and usability in many experiments.
