摘要
直流漂移现象在直流耦合放大电路中是不可避免的,放大器的放大倍数愈大,在输出端出现的直流漂移现象就愈严重。本文提出了一种可以有效抑制高增益低噪声直流耦合快前置放大电路中的直流漂移的电路。将此电路用于我们所设计的高增益(Av≥1000)直流放大器中,有效抑制了输出端的直流漂移。对该放大器进行了100h的工作测试,结果输出直流漂移小于±3mv。
The paper discusses a circuit to restrain the dc drift in high-gain dc coupling amplifier. The circuit is composed of a second order Bessel low-pass filter and an inverting summer circuit. The circuit described in the paper has been used in a high-gain (Av≥1000) dc coupling fast amplifier developed by ourselves. The output dc drift of the amplifier is very low. For example, an output dc drift of less than ±3mV was found for an operation of a long period of 100 hours.
