摘要 研究了一种基于谐波磁场磁链测量原理的磁流变(magnetorheological,MR)阻尼器的振动自传感技术,实现了相对位移传感器与磁流变阻尼器的结构复用与功能集成,建立了基于快速控制原型技术的磁电式自传感磁流变阻尼器的原型。实验测试结果表明集成于自传感磁流变阻尼器的磁电式相对位移自传感器基本达到通用LVDT的传感性能。 In this paper, a vibration self-sensing technique for magnetorheological (MR) dampers based on the measurement principle of the flux linkage of harmonic magnetic field is explored, the multiplexing of a relative displacement sensor and an MR damper and the functional integration of the vibration sensing and the controllable damping are realized, and the prototype of a magnetoelectric self-sensing MR damper based on rapid prototyping control technique is developed. The preliminary tested results indicate that the performance of the sensor of the self-sensing MR damper basically accords with that of an LVDT.
