摘要
对全固态薄膜锂电池及其薄膜电极材料的研究进展进行了综述。分析了薄膜锂电池成为发展热点的客观原因;系统归纳了阴极薄膜、电解质薄膜和阳极薄膜材料及其制备技术研究进展;同时,对薄膜锂电池及其电极材料发展前景进行了展望。
The research progress on all solid-state thin-film lithium battery and thin-film electrode materials was summarized. The advantage of this hotspot research was analyzed firstly; secondly, the development of thinfilm electrode materials (include electrolyte, cathode and anode) were introduced; the future of thin-film lithium battery and relative electrode materials were predicted.
