摘要 从室温~573K的不同温度下,对翅片铝箔进行拉伸变形研究。研究发现,随着拉伸变形温度的升高,试样的强度降低,延伸率升高,当拉伸变形温度超过473K以后,延伸率上升速度较快,出现了超塑性现象。翅片铝箔的力学性能敏感性最大的拉伸变形温度为493~573K,与翅片铝箔最终退火温度508~528K,亲水处理的固化温度473~533K处于同一区间。结果表明:翅片铝箔在亲水处理过程中,其张力应控制在19MPa以下,否则会造成翅片铝箔性能的改变。 This article has engaged in the mechanical property of tension test of the wing aluminum foil from the room-temperature to 573K, the study showed that the intensity of the sample should drop and the elongation percentage rise with the temperature of the tension test rising, after the temperature risen above 473K, the elongation percentage risen fast, and then the superplasticity phenomena should come out. The mechanical property of wing Al-foil is highly sensitive to temperature of tension test at 493-573K, this regional temperature ranges with the temperature of final annealing (508-528K) and the stoving temperature of hydrophilic treating process (473-533K). The results showed that the tension of the wing aluminum foil should be controlled below the 19Mpa in the hydrophilic treating process at 473-533K,or the mechanical property of the wing aluminum foil should vary.
