摘要
在区域技术创新能力内涵分析的基础上,设计了一套评价指标体系,并用主成分分析来确定权重。通过综合评价和比较分析的方法,从技术创新的要素潜力、投入、产出、环境四个角度详细分析了四川省区域技术创新能力的现状,针对性地提出了一些对策和建议。
Based on the intensive research on regional technological innovative capacity, the paper designs an index appraisal system and provides the index weights through principal components analysis. Using the method of comprehensive evaluation and comparison analysis, the paper researches the status quo of regional technological innovative capacity of Sichuan province from the angles of innovation elements, input, output and environment. Thus the situations about regional technological innovative capacity of Si- chuan province are showed. At last, the authors make some suggestions on how to deal with defaults.
