摘要
以集群企业为研究对象,构建了集群企业学习导向与绩效的理论模型,并进行实证检验。实证表明,集群企业学习导向不仅直接影响企业绩效,同时还通过提高模仿创新能力来提升企业竞争力。这不仅为集群企业如何获得持续竞争优势提供了理论依据,同时也推进了国内集群企业创新的实证研究。
This paper constructs an academic model of between organizational learning and performance, and analyzes this model through data. The result indicates that learning orientation can not only influence the performance directly, but also promote the imitational innovation of firm through the indirect path.
