摘要
目的探讨环境空气污染物与儿童哮喘的关系。方法对哮喘专科56例哮喘儿童的肺功能和发作情况进行跟踪调查一年,同时由本市环境监测站对区域内的空气污染指标和空气污染物进行监测,并分析它们的关系。结果空气污染物不同程度影响儿童肺功能,其中以可吸入颗粒物影响最大,并导致β2受体激动剂控制发作的治疗时间延长。结论环境空气污染导致哮喘儿童的肺功能下降,并加重临床症状,影响治疗效果。
Objective To explore the relationship between air pollutant and asthma in children. Methods 56 children with asthma were reviewed for pulmonary function and asthmatic attack over the 1-year-follow-up. At the same time, air pollution was monitored by environment monitoring station of the city. Their relationship between air pollutant and pediatric asthma was studied. Results Ambient air pollutants variously impaired lung function in children with asthma, especially at 10 PM. Respirable suspended particles, the most hazardous pollutant, delayed the therapeutic effect of β2 agonist. Conclusion Ambient air pollution impairs lung function of children with asthma, aggravates asthmatic symptoms and exerts negative effect on asthma treatment.
