摘要
综述了金银花组织培养的研究进展,包括外植体、培养基、植物激素、细胞培养、培养条件及组培苗移栽等方面的研究成果,提出了金银花组织培养存在的问题及建议。
The research development of the tissue culture of Lonicera japanica Thunb was summerized in the paper. The research development including the explant, culture medium, hormone of plant, cell culture, culture condition and transplant of tissue culture areas. The existing problems and countermeasures of the tissue culture of Lonicera japanica Thunb were also pointed in the paper.
