摘要
目的:探讨腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复胫前及足踝皮肤缺损的方法。方法:2000年12月。2004年12月,9例应用腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复胫前、足踝皮肤缺损。皮瓣面积最大17cm×9cm,最小9cm×6cm。结果:术后9例皮瓣全部成活,外形良好,质地优良,功能恢复。结论:腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣,血管神经走行恒定,解剖变异小、切取手术操作相对简单。该皮瓣不牺牲下肢主要血管,损伤小,应为临床首选。
Objective: To explore the methods of the sural nerve nutritional vessel axial flap to repair the tibia and skin defects. Methods Form December 2000 to December 2004, nine cases were used to repair the tibia and skin defects by the method of the sural nerve nutritional vessel axial flap. The maximum size of the flap ranged from 17cm × 9cm,the minimum size of the flap ranged from 9cm ×6cm. Results the nine eases were survived completely after operation. The eolour and texture of flaps were excellent, the outline and the functional results were satisfaetory. Conclusions The blood of supply of the sural nerve nutritional vessel axial flap is reliable, and the operation is easy and quick,. This method does not require the sacrifice of a collateral digital artery, which has the advantages of minimum damage. It is an available method.
