老年人主动脉夹层分离12例临床分析
摘要
目的:探讨老年人主动脉夹层的临床特征。方法:回顾性总结分析12例老年人主动脉夹层分离患者的临床资料。结果:死亡4例(33%),其中发病2天内死亡2例(16.6%),发病1周内死亡2例(16.6%)。结论:早期诊断、及时治疗是减少死亡率的关键。
