摘要
人力资本投入是工业反哺农业的一个重要方面,本文从进行人力资本投入的三个主要的主体分析出发,探讨了三个主体对人力资本投入的实现机制的相互促进作用。其中政府的实现机制对其他两个主体实现机制的发挥具有带动和引导作用。
Human capital investment is a very important aspect in industry financing agriculture. This paper first analyzes the realization of three main bodies that invest rural human capital. And then discusses mutual functions among realization mechanisms of human capital investment executed by the three bodies. Among them, government＇ s realization mechanism plays a leading and guiding role in other realization mechanisms at work.
