From Family-based Contracting System to Farming System:the Second Revolution in the Agriculture Development

家庭承包制和农场制是我国农业发展的两个飞跃。家庭承包制的推行极大地促进了农业生产的发展,实现了我国农业的第一次飞跃。但是,在市场经济条件下,承包制的弊端日益暴露出来,在市场的冲击下农业面临着一系列问题。本文认为解决农业的出路在于通过农场制这种企业化经营形式,实现农业的规模化和产业化经营,实现我国农业的第二次飞跃。

Family-based Contracting System and Farming System are two revolutions in the agriculture development. The implement of Family-Based Contracting System promote agriculture production. But Family-Based Contracting System becomes inefficient in the market economy and our agriculture meets with many problems. The writer thinks that the way of solving these problems is through the Farming System, which can achieve makes the scale production and industrialization. In this way we can achieve a second revolution in our agriculture.
