摘要
分析了我国央行公开市场业务操作工具的变化过程,结合近三年我国央行在银行间债券市场直接发行票据的实践,提出以多元化工具作为短期选择,而从长期来看,国债依然是最优操作工具。
This paper analyzes the changing process of our central bank＇s open market operation instruments, relates to the particular case of the first direct issue of the central bank bill and its practice, puts forward that the short-term choice of open market operation instruments is diversification, but in the long run, the T-bill will still be the best.
