脑梗死患者血浆vWF、PLG、D-D含量变化与临床意义

Changes of plasma levels of vWF,PLG,D-D in patients with cerebral infraction and their clinical significance

目的通过动态检测血浆血管性假血友病因子(vWF)、纤溶酶原(PLG)活性、D-二聚体(D-D)含量来探讨脑梗死患者病情变化与实验室指标的关系。方法测定48例脑梗死患者发病后第2d、第7d、第21d血浆中vWF、PLG、D-D水平,并与正常对照组36例进行比较。结果急性脑梗死患者发病后第2dvWF显著升高,随后逐渐下降,但是到21d仍然高于对照组;患者组血浆PLG水平第2d略高于对照组,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),第7、21d均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);D-D含量一直高于对照组。结论测定上述指标可以判断急性脑梗死患者血管内皮细胞功能受损程度及纤溶系统激活情况,对患者病情诊断、治疗及预后均具有指导意义。

Objective To explore the relationship between the state of illness and plasma levels of vWF, PLG, D-D in patients whith cerebral infraction（CI）. Methods The plasma levels of vWF,PLG and D-D were detected respectively at second, seventh, twenty-first days after onset in 48 patients with CI （CI group）and 36 health subjects （control group）. Results The plasma level of vWF was signifi- cantly raised at second day after onset and then decreased gradually in CI group, but it was also high- er than that in control group at twenty-first day after onset. The plasma level of PLG between the two groups had no significant difference at second day, but it was significant lower than that in control group at seventh and twenty-first day after onset. The plasma levels of D-D in CI group were higher than those in control group after onset. Conclusion Detecting the plasma levels of vWF, PLG and D-D may be helpful in diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the patients with CI.
