摘要
采用数学上的“回归分析”方法，总结出计算浮法玻璃熔窑熔化部主要数据的“经验公式”包括：熔化部池宽、熔化区池长、熔化部池长和熔化率的计算公式。绘制了每个公式的坐标曲线图，并列出了根据这些公式计算出的300～1000t／d典型浮法玻璃熔窑熔化部的主要数据。
The empirical formulas for calculating main parameters of melting region of float furnace is deduced from mathematically regression analysis The empirical formulas are as follows ： calculating formula of width and length of melting region as well as melting rate . The coordinate graphs have been drawn for every formula. The calculated main parameters of melting region of 300～1000 t/d typical float furnace are also listed .
