浅析武器装备质量信息系统建设管理

文章介绍武器装备质量信息系统建设的内涵及作用,指出装备质量信息的开发、利用,缺乏统一协调、多头分散和互不往来的弊端,提出装备质量信息建设设想、对策。

This paper introduces the connotation and function of construction of quality information system for weaponry, points out the development, utilization and some malpractice of the system, such as lack of coordination, too dispersing and short of exchanging. Here some ideas and countermeasures are also put forward.
