我国城市房屋拆迁中的听证制度研究

随着社会经济的发展,城市房屋拆迁案逐日增多,在房屋拆迁中引入听证制度是保障利害关系人合法权益、达到利益平衡的有效路径,但是当下我国在房屋拆迁中的听证制度存在诸多问题,导致听证制度价值发挥之不能。本文结合我国城市房屋拆迁中听证制度之现状,探寻听证制度之不足,以期得出解决听证制度问题的方案。

As the development of-the social economy, the cases of urban housing units increase day by day. Introducing hearing of witnesses system to the housing units is the efficient path to ensure the legal benefits of the advantages and disadvantages related people and reach the balance of the benefits. But there are a few problems in the hearing of witnesses system in Urban Housing Units, which resulted in the incapable of the exertion of the hearing of witnesses system. The article explored to the deficiency of the hearing of witnesses system according to the status quo of the hearing of witnesses system in Urban Housing Units, to educe the project to solve the hearing of witnesses problems.
