马克思产权理论是一个系统,其结构可以分为四个层次:对产权基本范畴的考察是基础层次;对企业内部财产关系的分析是微观层面;国家和法律对私人财产权干涉的分析是中观层面;对人类社会财产制度的变迁研究是宏观层面。

Karl Marx＇s property rights theory is a system, which structure consists four levels： the basic level is the study on basic categories of property rights;microcosmic level is analysis on property relations in enterprises;the medium level is analysis on interference of state and laws on private property right and the macro level involves the study on the change of property systems of human society.
