Evaluation on Sustainable Development of Electric Power in Accordance with National Economy

电力与国民经济之间既相互促进又相互制约,如何评估两者的协调程度有很多方法。本文根据系统论中协同作用原理,建立了电力与国民经济协调持续发展的评估模型及其评估指标体系,运用系统评估理论中的层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process简称AHP)和所建立的评估模型评估了我国1987至1998年的电力与国民经济的协调程度。

The relation between electric power and national economy is promotion restriction. There are many ways to evaluate it. Based on the principle of system harmony as well as , this paper expounds the definition of sustainable development of electric power in accordance with national economy and establishes the evaluation indices and evaluation model about harmony between electric power and national economy. From 1987 to 1998, the system harmony between electric power and national economy is evaluated by AHP and the evaluation model, which we have established.
