摘要
科学技术研究的生命力在于创新,创新则必须遵循科学发展本身的内在规律,在正确的科学哲学思想指导下,依据正确的思维方法和研究逻辑来进行。
The vitality of science and technology research lies in the innovation and the innovation must follow the scientific inherent laws to develop itself.
