摘要 采用新的铝掺杂方法,降低了氧化锌晶须电阻率,研究了铝掺杂对氧化锌晶须电阻率的影响。含20%掺量的氧化铝使氧化锌晶须的表面电阻率从107~108Ω降低到1.6×106Ω,体积电阻率从108~109Ω·cm降低到7.1×105Ω·cm;研究了掺杂氧化锌晶须对塑料抗静电性能的影响,铝掺杂氧化锌晶须的添加量为8%(质量分数),使环氧树脂的表面电阻率降低到7.2×1010Ω;铝掺杂氧化锌晶须的添加量为12%(质量分数),使聚苯硫醚的表面电阻率降低到2.0×1010Ω。 New doping method has been found to decrease the surface resistance and volume resistance of the zinc oxide whiskers . The influence of Al-doping on the resistance of zinc oxide whiskers was studied. The results showed that the lowest resistance of the Al-doping zinc oxide whiskers can be obtained using zinc oxide whiskers with 20% Al2O3. The surface resistance of the zinc oxide whiskers decreased obviously from 10^7-10^8Ω to 1.6×10^6 Ωand volume resistance of the zinc oxide whiskers decreased obviously from 10^8-10^9Ω·cm to 7.1×10^5Ω·cm. In addition, the influence of Al-doping zinc oxide whiskers on the antistatic properties of polymer composites was also studied. When the weight of Al-doping zinc oxide whiskers is about 8 wt%, the surface resistance of the epoxy resin composites decreased to 7.2×10^10Ω. When the weight of Al-doping zinc oxide whiskers is about 12 wt%, the surface resistance of PPS composites decreased to 2.0×10^10Ω.
