摘要
研究了PVC食品包装膜中的增塑剂DEHA在模拟油(正己烷)中的迁移行为,测定了影响迁移过程的速度常数和活化能,并探讨了它们与温度和DEHA初始浓度的关系。实验结果表明:速度常数随浸泡温度的上升和PVC膜中DEHA的起始浓度的提高而增加。
In this paper, the migration of DEHA in PVC film for food packaging dipped in stimulant oil, hormal hexane, was studied. The rate constant and the activation energy of migration process were calculated and the their dependences on the temperature and the initial concentration of DEHA in the PVC films were also discussed. The tests showed that the rate constant value increased with the dipped temperature raise and the increment of the DEHA's initial concentration in the PVC film.
