拟澳洲赤眼蜂对小菜蛾卵的适应能力 被引量:12

摘要 本文比较经米蛾卵繁殖的拟澳洲赤眼蜂在小菜蛾卵和米蛾卵上的产卵差别,结果为:不喂蜜糖水,拟澳洲赤眼蜂寿命短,不到一天,可在小菜蛾卵上产卵的雌蜂比例只有45.45%,比可在米蛾卵上产卵的雌蜂比例(92.07%)低得多,可产卵雌蜂的平均产卵量亦是在小菜蛾卵上的低;喂以蜜糖水,拟澳洲赤眼蜂寿命得以延长,平均寿命达12天以上,可在小菜蛾卵上产卵的雌蜂比例为96.15%,与可在米蛾卵上产卵的雌蜂比例相当(96.77%),并且在两种寄主卵上可产卵雌峰的平均产卵量(分别为134.17和146.64粒)经t-检验差异不显著,逐日产卵量两者也差异不显著。结果表明:经米蛾卵繁殖的拟澳洲赤眼蜂对小菜蛾卵有一定的不适应性,但喂以蜜糖水后拟澳洲赤眼蜂能很好适应小菜蛾卵。 The parasitization of Trichoramma confusum developed in rice grain moth (Corcyra cephalonica,RM) eggs on two kinds of host eggs, DBM (plutella xylostella ) eggs and RM eggs, was comparedin this paper. Without honey solution for T. confusum, adult longevity was short (<1 day), pro-portion of female wasp of egg- laying on DBM eggs (45. 45%) was lower than that on RM eggs(92.02% ) and number of parasitized eggs of DBM was smaller than that of RM eggs. With hon-ey solution for T. confsum , adult longevity was longer (> 12 days), proportion of female waspof egg-laying was unsignificantly different between on DBM eggs and on RM eggs, number ofeggs laid throughout the lifetime (134. 17 and 164. 64 per female respectively) as well as numberof eggs laid every day was unsignificantly different between on DBM eggs and RM eggs also. Theresult showed that female of T. confusum developed in RM eggs couldn' t adapt to DBM eggs well,but they could adapt to DBM eggs very well when they had been fed with honey solution.
