在国企改制中崛起的东北民营企业——对吉林省通化市48家民营企业的调查

The Rise of Northeast Private Enterprises and the State-owned Enterprises Reform:A Survey of Forty-eight Private Enterprises in Tonghua City,Jilin Province

国有经济比重大以及民营经济发展缓慢是制约东北振兴的一个难点,但吉林省通化市民营经济的发展却先行一步。通化民营经济的迅速发展是在国企改制的推动下进行的,国企改制为民营经济的产生和发展创造了机会、提供了空间、抬高了起点、加快了发展速度。通化民营经济的发展为我们提供了重要的启示:参与国企改制和改组是东北民营企业的发展方向;东北民营经济的发展,要走自上而下的政府推动型的发展道路;其发展形式是一种非国有化和市场化的工业化模式。

A difficulty in restricting Northeast Resisons＇ rejuvenation is the large rate of state-owned economy and the slow development of private economy. However, private economy has gone ahead of the rest in Tonghua City, Jilin Province. The development of private economy in Tonghua City has been pushed forward by the reform of state-owned enterprises. The reform of state-owned enterprise creates chances, provides space, raises the starting point and quickens the tempo of private economy＇ s development. The development of private economy in Tonghua City offers important implications： participation in the reorganization of state-owned enterprises and reform of state-owned enterprise is the direction of the Northeast private enterprises＇ development; the northeast private economic development has to take a top-down route pushed by the government; Northeast private economic development is an industrial development in form with nonstate-owned and market business characteristics.
