摘要
政府绩效管理是一种新的管理实践和管理技术,依法实施政府绩效管理将有助于推动我国行政体制改革。根据目前我国绩效管理发展现状,实施政府绩效管理在法制化建设方面需要把握加强绩效管理的法律地位、完备绩效审计法律体系、推行绩效预算管理与完善绩效问责制度等环节。
Government performance management is a kind of new management fulfillment and technique, to fulfill it according to law will contribute to pushing the reform of administrative regime in our country. In terms of the present condition of performance management development in our country, to implement the construction of its legal system should advance the legal position of performance management, complete the legal system of performance audit, actualize performance budget and perfect performance accountability, etc.
