It is a strategic choice to develop the large-scale enterprise group of international competition ability and to strengthen the core competition ability of enterprises in our country at present. According to the actual circumstances of our large-scale enterprise group, using theory of balanced scorecard, we should build up the comprehensive evaluation system of the large-scale enterprise group＇s core competition ability from four levels, such as finance, customer, internal business process and studying, which will contribute to cultivating long-term and persistent core competition ability of the large-scale enterprise group, which will thus gain international competition ability gradually.
