摘要
发展具有国际竞争力的大型企业集团、增强企业核心竞争能力是当前我国企业界具有战略意义的选择。根据我国大型企业集团的实际情况,运用平衡记分卡理论,从财务、客户、内部业务流程和学习成长四个层面建立大型企业集团核心竞争力的综合考评体系,将有助于大型企业集团培育长期的、可持续发展的核心竞争力,从而逐步提高国际竞争能力。
It is a strategic choice to develop the large-scale enterprise group of international competition ability and to strengthen the core competition ability of enterprises in our country at present. According to the actual circumstances of our large-scale enterprise group, using theory of balanced scorecard, we should build up the comprehensive evaluation system of the large-scale enterprise group's core competition ability from four levels, such as finance, customer, internal business process and studying, which will contribute to cultivating long-term and persistent core competition ability of the large-scale enterprise group, which will thus gain international competition ability gradually.
