摘要
目的:探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和血脂联检与冠心病的关系。方法:97例冠心病患者,利用化学发光免疫分析和生化仪测定了血浆Hcy和血清血脂水平,并与68例健康对照组进行了比较。结果:97例冠心病患者的血清TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、apoAⅠ、apoB、Lp(a)和血浆Hcy明显高于68例健康对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:血清TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、apoAⅠ、apoB、Lp(a)和血浆Hcy与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between high blood lipids, Hey, levels and development of CHD. Methods Blood lipids (TG, TC, HDL - C, LDL - C, apaA I, apaB, Lp (a) ) ( with biochemical methods) and serum Hey ( with CLIA) levels were measured in 97 patients with CHD and 68 controls. Results The serum levels of all these parameters were signilicandy higher in the patients with CHD than those in the controls ( all P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Development of CHD was closely related to high blood levels of lipids and homoeysteine.
